I'm in my 30s and healthy. Is CognoLeap for me?

Absolutely. CognoLeap isn't about fixing problems — it's about building cognitive reserve while you're still strong. Research shows the cognitive habits you build in your 30s and 40s pay compounding dividends for decades. The earlier you start, the more you protect.

Can I join CognoLeap with friends or family members?

Absolutely. While many members come alone and discover friendships through the gathering, you are warmly welcome to join alongside people you already know — a spouse, siblings, a group of friends, a parent and adult child, or a friend circle that wants to stay sharp together. Some of the most beautiful CognoLeap moments come from shared experience with people you already love. Is CognoLeap only for people who feel lonely or isolated?

Not at all. CognoLeap is for anyone who wants to nourish their mind and participate in a vibrant community — whether you already have a full social life or are looking to build new connections. Some members come to stay cognitively sharp. Others come for the shared creative experiences. Some come to make friends. Most come for a mix of all three. There is no single 'right reason' to be part of the gathering.

Is this in Marathi or English?

Marathi for the first cohort. English and Hindi cohorts launching later in 2026.

How many people are in a Circle session?

Up to 10. Small enough that everyone participates, big enough to feel like a community.

Do I need to be good with technology?

Not at all. If you can make a WhatsApp video call, you can join CognoLeap. We guide you through Zoom step by step.

What exactly happens in a session?

Every session is different — memory challenges, songs, storytelling, learning technology & AI, debates, learning new skills. All backed by neuroscience.

What is the Neuro-Fitness Score?

A 15-minute scientifically validated cognitive fitness assessment. We use the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) for members 55 and above, and a cognitive battery for younger members. Taken at start and at 90 days. Different versions each time to give you real change, not practice-effect gains. Optional but strongly encouraged.

Can the Neuro-Fitness Score be done over Zoom?

Yes. Research published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society (2020) validated video-based MoCA administration with results equivalent to in-person testing.

Is this a medical treatment?

No. CognoLeap is cognitive wellness grounded in neuroplasticity research. A gym for the brain, not a hospital.

Can I gift Founding Membership to my parents?

Yes! WhatsApp us and we'll help arrange it.

What if I don't enjoy the demo sessions?

No obligation. Demo sessions are free. You only pay ₹999 if you decide to continue from May 1.

What if the current cohort is full?

When a cohort fills, we open the next one based on response. You can join the waitlist on our Interest Form, and we'll personally reach out when the next cohort opens. Founding Leaper pricing remains the same across all early cohorts.
